New Perspective plans to build a new community in Elgin, Ill., providing independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
New Perspective—Elgin will feature a spacious two-story lobby and reception area with fireplaces, water features, and natural stone appointments.
Amenities will include a fitness center with an indoor, warm-water pool, a restaurant-style dining room with grand fireplace, a café, pub, movie theater, and dance hall.
