SSM Health, which also owns Agnesian HealthCare, is planning a new facility in Beaver Dam, Wis., to accommodate growth in the region.
The 40,000-square-foot facility will be situated on 5 acres and will offer primary and specialty care, in addition to laboratory, imaging, and pharmacy services.
The facility is slated to open in spring 2021.
